ESCO Trainee program 2023

The ESCO Trainee Program is also open within the CEZ Group.

The Trainee program is mainly for students who have a passion for energy services, new energy trends and are interested in the areas of Green Energy (carbon footprint reduction, photovoltaics, comprehensive energy solutions, heat pumps and others), Building Energy (construction and management energy solutions for buildings, (Energy Performance Contracting), air conditioning, etc., Industrial energy (reduction of the energy intensity of industrial processes, supply of clean spaces, battery storage and others).

At the moment, it offers 5 positions focusing on electromobility, photovoltaics, but also industrial energy and building energy.
