Introduction
Introduction of the department
The subject of our interest is mainly technological equipment and processes where energy transformations take place as well as related theoretical disciplines - fluid mechanics, thermodynamics and transfer phenomena, including environmental protection in the form of alternative energy sources and the removal of pollutants.
Thanks to this, graduates of the Department of Power Engineering have a wide range of employment opportunities both in practice (e.g. Building Systems Engineering and Power Engineering) and in scientific and research fields (e.g. Modeling of Flow and Transfer Phenomena).
