ESCO Trainee program 2021 - 2022

This is an annual program for 6 students, mainly in technical fields. The trainee program is primarily for students who have a passion for energy services, new energy trends and are interested in the areas of Green Energy (carbon footprint reduction, photovoltaics, complex energy solutions, heat pumps and more), building energy (construction and management energy solutions for buildings, (Energy Performance Contracting), air conditioning, etc., Industrial energy (reducing the energy intensity of industrial processes, clean room supplies, battery storage, etc.)

Students will work closely with trainee mentors, who are experienced managers and experts. Students will have a diverse scope of work - from the possibility of shading more experienced colleagues, through simple to complex tasks and will have the opportunity to put their hand to the work even in the implementation or visits of customers. In 2022 we fill 6 trainee positions, registration is possible until 31.1.2022. The whole program is conducted in czech language.
